- Before every use, wash the mold in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Molds don't need to be buttered, oiled or greased before use.
- For baking, fill batter as per recipe (up to 3/4 of the mold leaving space for the cake to rise in the mold), bake as per required temperature or time.
- For refrigeration, fill ingredients as per recipe and refrigerate for the contents to set. After the contents have solidified, it is time to serve.
