If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it for a refund. If the item you received does not match the description in the original listing, or if it arrived faulty or damaged, you are covered under the refund policy.

You received the wrong item, or it arrived faulty or damaged

Here's how may respond:

Accept your return request and offer a full refund – You'll return the item and issues you a full refund.

Offer you a partial refund and let you keep the item – This can be a good compromise when you are not completely satisfied with your purchase – for example, if it arrived with a scratch – but you are happy to keep it.

Offer you a replacement or an exchange –We may offer the option of returning an item for a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.

Send you a message –We may ask you for some more details about your return request. When the client replies, we will send you an email with details of the next steps.

Once we receive the item back from you, and once we have agreed to refund you, we have 7 business days to issue your refund. When we do, you will receive an email letting you know.

It usually takes 5 to 7 business days for a Thawani refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.


Return the item back

When we accept your return, you will receive an email with the subject “Return the item back”. You will need to send it back within 5 business days. Who covers the shipping costs depends on why you are returning it?

If you are returning an item, you will need to ship it back to You can do that using a return label, or a label from another carrier. Adding tracking details to your return helps protect against delays or issues in the refund process. If you use a returns label, tracking details are automatically uploaded.

If you choose to use your own carrier, we recommend using a tracked service. Tracking is important as it lets you know the items on its way, and means that can see the progress of the return in case there's an issue and we're asked to help out with the return.


Condition of returned items policy

 If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 7 days after purchase.

Item(s) should be unused, in their original packaging and with all the accessories (if any) inside the box.

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it was not packaged correctly, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the amount of loss.

Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not directly are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

If the customer has received the wrong item(s) or the item(s) received are not in the same condition as described on the website.


Non-Returnable Item(s)

Products that have been used or damaged by the buyer or are not in the same condition as the buyer received them.

Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

Promotional, Deals, Sale, Discount Stock Clearance Sale and Selling with Super Low-Price Products does not cover warranty/replacement/refund. Items covered by this policy must be returned for refund within 24hrs of the invoice date. Will be applied Restocking Fee from 15%.

Health and Beauty products do not cover under warranty/replacement/refund.


Gift Cards

Gift cards issued by are non-returnable. Do not throw away your Gift Card or e- Gift Card email until you are sure of your purchase.



You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The Company shall deal with the client professionally and will not be responsible for personal situations in Client's life. As such if the client withdraws from the service on his own accord, due to his personal problems, then Company will not be liable for any refund.

The Company will not issue any refund if the Client withdraws due to Personal reasons.

If the client has paid the money through Credit Card or Net Banking, the applicant undertakes voluntarily that he/she will not dispute the payment or notify the designated bank for charge back, insisting the bank to withhold or cancel the payment made to by the client. The client further undertakes to inform his/her banker that the payment made to is genuine, and the transaction is an exception for his/her request to cancel or charge the payment in his/her favor, including misuse and card loss cases either by him/her or through anyone. The client agrees to cooperate with in this aspect, in case wishes to defend/represent the matter in their favor before any bank/ authority. If the client has paid the money through an online card service, the client hereby agrees that he/she will not withdraw, or is not entitled to charge the amount, without the knowledge of, in case of payment made by any mode.


Cancel a return request

If you have changed your mind about a return of a product, and no longer want to return your item, it is easy to cancel your request through our portal.

It is important to make sure you are certain you want to cancel a return request, as you will not be able to re-open a case once it's been closed.


Misuse of Return or Refund Policy

The Return and Refund Policy are designed to protect both buyers and sellers. If we decide that a customer is misusing returns on, or the refund policy, they may be subject to a range of actions, including limits on buying and selling privileges and account suspension. Examples of misuse include:

  • Selecting an inaccurate reason for returns
  • Disregarding item conditions required for returns
  • Requesting an excessive number of returns

  • In invoice not indicated warranty period
  • Products that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number
  • Products that are missing the manufacturer warranty label
  • Products that were missing parts, box, headphones, or any other accessories from the original box
  • Returned without original invoice
  • Products which not satisfying manufacturer warranty policy
  • Products which are not satisfying Customer Satisfaction policy
