Wipe the inside of the basket with a clean, soft cloth or brush.

After use, upturn the basket gently tapping out any excess flour.

A stiff bristle brush may be used to aid the release of any flour or debris that may have worked itself into the grooves.

It is advised to repeat these steps before each use.

Do not store the basket with damp flour still inside.

Do not stack the basket nor store it wrapped in plastic, allow it to breathe.

Store in a dry place away from strong odors

Do not use for baking.
